Each OJANĀ piece of jewelry is carefully handmade from natural fine stones and noble materials to last over time.
All our pieces are guaranteed for twelve (12) months against any manufacturing or material defect. In case of a problem, we offer, depending on the case, a repair, replacement or refund.
For Vermeil jewelry, replating is recommended after some wear to restore its shine. Our services include replating so that your jewelry retains its gold finish and original beauty.
During the one (1) year warranty period, we guarantee your vermeil: in case of defect, repair or replacement is offered.
Over time and with daily use, the prongs that hold your stones can weaken, increasing the risk of loss. We recommend that you regularly check the setting.
If you notice that your stone is loose, that the prongs seem worn or that they no longer firmly hold the stone, contact us.
- Under warranty for the first year: setting tightening is included in our warranty.
- Out of warranty after one year: we offer a specialized maintenance and replacement service, billed according to the necessary intervention.
